Description

Formerly called "Himalayan Shilla." A stunning tea from Organic Jun Chiyabari, Nepal that is a must-have for tea lovers.

Himalayan Shilla is an oolong with a medium oxidation and a Darjeeling nuance.

DRY TEA: Clean and well rolled with gorgeous tips and sweet notes recalling burnt caramel and grapes. It also has woodsy, spicy fragrances.

INFUSION: Olive green with a nose of sweet plum notes, spice and tropical flowers.

CUP: A bright golden amber with a sweet bouquet of flowers and ripe plums. The tea is smooth and has sweetness of custard apple. Enjoy a elegant and lingering aftertaste.
