This Arya Ruby is finely crafted with its signature fragrance deep and rich in complexity that will cheer a Darjeeling enthusiast.
More oxidized than a typical Darjeeling first flush, Ruby from Arya Tea Estate is characteristically more flavorful with floral and rich fruitier notes.
DRY LEAF: Long, well-rolled and wiry with leaf colors of brown, grey and streaks of green. Highly tippy and fragrant with notes of dry leaf, grass, earth and pepper.
INFUSION: Mocha and green leaves with nose of ripe fruits, raisins and burnt caramel.
CUCP: An amber liquor with fragrance of ripe pear and tropical fruits. Smooth mouth-feel and complex notes of nuts and floral-fruity mix with a hint of astringency. A lingering aftertaste with a fine menthol effect.
