An elegant first flush with a clean, delicate fruity flavors. Very refreshing.
DRY TEA: Greyish green, nicely rolled, more wiry than Sungma or Rishihat. The leafy is tippy and has a bloom (resulting from fine pubescence from the leaf surface) , indicating quality plucking.
INFUSION: Delicate lime green, leaves largely intact. The nose (fragrance exuded by the infused leaf, also termed as aroma, bouquet) is stewed fruits.
CUP: Golden-amber liquor with a mellow fruity-floral fragrance. There is very little astringency, and the sweet aftertaste lingers long.
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: Use a teaspoon of tea for a cup . Steep in freshly boiled water for 3 minutes. Strain before drinking.
