LE RETONTANT – GINGER & RASPBERRY
A KOMBUCHA THAT CAPTURES ASIA IN A GLASS
A freshly squeezed ginger kombucha that tickles the nose. In the background, herbaceous aromas stand out, with sweet notes of basil and green tea from the raspberry bush. Faithful to the products of this range, a very fine bubble is observed through the translucent straw-colored liquid, and rinses the palate before giving way to a sweetness and a touch of tannin. The whole is accompanied by a slight acidity, while the ginger, always present, stings the back of the throat.
