Characteristics: Harvested once a year in March, White Peony represents the bud and first two leaves of the great white tea bush. The added rose petals create an exquisite aroma and look beautiful in the infusion.
Tasting Notes: With thirst quenching properties, the straw coloured infusion will reveal floral notes with hints of damp wicker and aromatic herbs.
Steeping Directions: Infuse in a porcelain teapot, at ten seconds; discarding the first water, then infuse progressively longer at 70C.
