In the charming composition of Greenfield Quince Ginger delicate astringency of green tea intertwines with hot spiciness of ginger and fine, yet slightly viscous, acidity of Japanese quince. August Sipdown Prompt – Lazy Day: make an easy peasy tea
Well, technically not a sipdown for me, as I had only a single tea bag in long forgotten envelope.

But anyway, easy peasy tea. I was just taking care about water temperature, but not at all about steeping time and preparing was simple as well, as using tea bags are.

Sadly, I am again disappointed with Greenfield tea. This time it was grassy green, but no quince — rather just some generic fruit line and definitely I didn’t notice any ginger in.

At least the outer wrapper is nice.
