Description: Black Dragon Pearl Black Tea is hand-rolled into balls of one leaf one bud which holds in the flavours better until the tea is prepared. This is the black tea version of the very popular dragon pearl. Unfurled, these small rolls of leaves contain a number of roasted and gold-tipped leaves of a very high grade. The tea has maltiness, but sweet and smoky notes also manage to work their way into the mix.
Brewing Instructions: Infuse one tablespoon per cup / per person.
Water temperature: Near boiling for three to five minutes.
