Shui Xian is a top grade Wuyi Rock Wulong harvested in the Fall of 2014. It is a fully roasted Yancha with a nice mellow earthiness and cinnamon nuances with nice roasted undertones. It is also famous for it’s honey aroma and carries the name "xiang Cha" or aroma tea. While it is not as fruity as the other fully roasted yancha it has its own unique earthy and minerally flavours that make it a welcomed addition to any yancha lover’s tea collection. This as well as all of our other Wuyi Rock Wulongs are grown and processed without pesticides or chemical fertilizers. They are all processed in traditional ways on family run farms.
