This sublime Oolong tea from Taiwan has been used to recreate a Victorian favourite. In Victorian England Orange blossoms came to symbolize love and marriage and they were particularly popular in wedding bouquets, so much so they were imported all the way from Florida to be used. Orange blossoms aren’t as easy to come by these days but their flavour in this tea has been recreated using jasmine and dried orange pieces. To add some depth to the tea a black tea from Ceylon has also been thrown into the mix. So why not brew a cup today and fall in love!
