Grade: WHITE TEA – A unique White tea grown at a high elevation in Darjeeling. One of the seasons earliest, each leaf is tenderly and selectively picked before sunrise from young AV II clones and hand rolled by trained experts, undergoing the very minimal processing. The tea has a mildly grassy flavour with muscatel notes. Very light in cup and a pale yellow colour it leaves a fresh lingering aftertaste, hallmarks of pure white teas.
