Preserving the delicate silver tea buds, and a tender young leaf as well, this rare White Tea is picked by our most experienced tea pickers on a few select days each year. The buds are partially open, and the leaf is lightly curled giving the tea a silvery appearance. Mildly sweet in flavour, the cup is pale yellow in colour, but with a lingering freshness that embodies the crisp clean and unspoiled environment it is grown in. Rich in anti-oxidants with very little caffeine, a cup of White Peony tea will transport you to the sublime environs of Glenburn.
