Description

Extremely rare and of superb grade, the golden monkey is sourced from China’s prized Yunnan Province. Named after the appearance of its leaves, described as looking like a monkey’s claw, only the bud and the first leaf of the tea plant are hand-picked and hand-processed to preserve its exceptional flavor. Slightly sweet and fruit-forward, golden monkey Yunnan black tea is a rare treat, and not one to miss.

Golden Monkey Tea also known as Yunnan Pure Gold in China, is considered the finest of Yunnan tea. It contains fine big leaf buds, or golden tips, covered in tea down.

Benefits: It contains theaflavins and thearubigins, which are known to reduce the signs of aging and reduce stress.
