It is always difficult to comment on high mountain oolongs as they deliver more impressions than real taste comparisons like Chinese green teas for instance. This one is surprising in a good way. Very creamy from the start until the end of the last infusions when it becomes more fruity, sweet with a hint of white flowers with an under palate of minerals which is there but not too present if it is brewed at a lower temperature. Lots of infusions changing slightly. The robe of the tea is pale at first before delivering an intense yellow. The tea leaves are intensely green and thick although the leaves could be better cared for for a tea of this quality. It is a very elegant tea
