Thrice roasted, this charcoal Dong Ding was received its last roasting mid-December. Initial steeps are roast forward, and by the third steep the Dong Ding smoothness/roundness comes out really nicely. This tea will continue to smooth out and integrate for the next six months or so, if experience holds true again this year.
