Li Shan is produced several times a year in Taiwan, but the Winter season continues to be a favorite. It’s floral and complex, while also offering a slight fruit aroma. Li “mountain” is one of the famous tea-producing mountains of Taiwan with growing elevations spanning 3,000 to 6,000 ft. elevation.
