Flavor: Fresh, woodsy aroma. Balanced, nutty, buttery artichoke flavor. Subtle citrus, floral flavor.
Garden: Most of the plants are about 2.5 years old (some younger) and have just begun to be harvested. The land is secluded, with the nearest farm over 1 km away. The tea garden is surrounded by bamboo forest, and has its own private water source, a stream that flows from an isolated ravine just above the farm. It is an ideal environment for organic farming.
