This has got to be the strangest tea I have ever reviewed. I was expecting sweet and fruity. I have no idea if I brewed this anywhere near right. But it tastes like I am drinking a salty beef bouillon soup instead of tea. It is not something I would ever buy again. It does not taste fruity in the least.

I brewed one fruit or about 15g in boiling water for 3 minutes in 12 oz water.

I don’t know why but I got a chuckle out of this, I think it is the beef boullion flavor that cracked me up. Keep writing Allan, your posts are delightful.

Since I don’t know if I brewed this completely wrong at 3 minutes I will try again at 15 seconds and see what I get. I have five more of them to get the brewing right. There were little in the way of brewing instructions online.

My experience with any herb is use a small piece and brew short. You can always add time and more herb. I start with a tsp of a new herb and adjust from there.
