I drink everything from white, green, oolong and black teas with the occasional Pu-Erh. I enjoy all of them, but once I tried this tea it instantly became my favorite. It has the best qualities of green tea mixed with my favorite of fine black teas, and none of the negatives. It is much more towards green tea and as it is only lightly oxidized. Taste is has a floral and sweet mix with what tastes like honeysuckle and some type of berry to me. With the best Grade of Tie Guan Yin, you can infuse this tea for more than 9 times but still remain the same tastes!

2 minutes: Delicate, floral (reminiscent of honeysuckle), buttery, green.
3 minutes: Stronger green and buttery, very floral, maybe a little mineral? Hard to say.
4 minutes: Stronger, the leaves have finally completely unfurled. I would call this floral-mineral, with a side of green.
Not something for me to drink every day, but a really delightful treat. I have a feeling it’s quite similar to one of the Teavivre Tie Guan Yin’s that I’ve tried, but I don’t know enough about the teas/haven’t had them recently enough to actually make a comparison.
