Description

In camellia veritas

This full-bodied black tea captures the strong, malty aroma unique to the Assam region and pairs it with the richness of cabernet grapes. The sophisticated result has a dry red wine flavour with a slightly floral aroma and subtle notes of cherry. Its bold flavour means it pairs best with bittersweet chocolate and medium-hard cheeses with delicate aromas, such as Spanish Manchego, mild cheddars or the drier goat cheeses.
