Description

MARGARETS HOPE AUTUMN GLORY has been made from SPECIAL CHINA BUSHES from high elevation plantations. Margarets Hope is famous for its high quality SECOND FLUSH MUSCATEL & ITS AUTUMNAL TEAS and this tea proves it.

This tea is a fine example of DARJEELING AUTUMN FLUSH, sweet, (which is rare for an AUTUMNAL FLUSH) crisp and ends with a muscatel nose. We would categorize this tea as low-to-medium amount of astringency. It has a lovely flavour, more of a fruity note with hints of flower… not much to of a pungent floral tone, but more like the taste of air in mid-spring when flowers bloom emitting the fragrance into its surroundings.

A truly lovely Darjeeling Tea – this is one you should try…

DRY LEAVES: Fine cut golden brown leaves.
LIQUOR: Dark orange with a very fruity aroma.
INFUSION: Coppery-Brown leaves with a mild muscat nose.

STEEPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Fresh water brought to 1st Boil. Add 1 tea spoonful (2.5 gms) per cup (140 ml) to the pot and steep for 4 minutes Strain to cup and sip as it cools.
