A highly fragrant tea from Jungpana Tea Estate, bearing the freshness of the Himalayan spring in its entirety!
DRY TEA: The leaves are small and wiry with a good amount of tips. Some long wiry leaves are also present. The colors are largely black and grey with plenty of green as well.
INFUSION: The leaves turn pale and lime green with shots of brown. The nose is highly fragrant with floral notes recalling all the freshness of spring.
CUP: The liqor is golden and has a nice body. The complex sweet-floral flavor feels good all over the mouth. It is well rounded and has a nice lingering aftertaste.
OCCASION: A great after-dinner tea.
