Description

Parsley is rich in minerals and vitamins A, C and K. It has been proved to be useful in balancing hormones, fighting anemia, destroying free radicals, is an anti-inflammatory, an anti-bacterial, boosts the immune system, aids in digestion, helps kidney and urinary conditions, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis…freshens breath… and the list goes on.
It is also one of the most highly concentrated sources of luteolin, which has been proven to decrease your risk of ovarian cancer by 34%.

Heat water just before boiling or boil and let cool for a few, (you don’t want to burn off the good stuff in the parsley.) Pour 8 ounces of water over 1 to 4 tablespoons of fresh chopped parsley, and steep 5 – 15 minutes. Add sweetener if desired.
