Description

In 2018 we made 3 custom mountain blends and pressed them into cute 50g mini cakes. We have special pressings from Bangdong, Hekai, and Mengku.

This tea starts off with leaf aromas remarkably similar to watermelon. The fairness cup introduces hints of strawberry. These aromas evolve into grass and roasted veggies through the steeps. There is a syrupy body with a sweet cane sugar aftertaste. You can recognize the beginning of age in the cup. It is bright and crisp and clear with a nice mouthfeel. It’s very smooth with a good whole body energy. This tea is juicy with a cucumber freshness. If you push it you’ll find bitterness but it is quite an easy steeper.

These cakes have simple wrappers and no neifei.
