Khumbu White and Green Tea Hybrid

This unique tea is not quite a white tea and not quite a green tea, it’s a hybrid white / green tea. The leaves resemble that of a white tea in that great care was taken in plucking the leaves and they are all young leaves / buds. However, the processing of the leaves is more along the lines of a green tea. The dry tea leaves have a light floral smell with a hint of vanilla. The brewed tea has a light green color and a very light seaweed smell with light coconut undertones. The liquor has a smooth and buttery, light vegetable taste to it.
