It is full of Catechins and Epigallocatechin Gallate (EGCG). EGCG as an antioxidant is about 30-80 times more potent than vitamins C and E. The catechin has a function of antibacterial antiphlogistic and it is an excellent component for fondling skin. A Chinese Matcha, cultivated organically on the plantation located in the Province Anhui. During its preparation, the shining, emerald green Matcha unfolds intensive, matt-green shades, which are crowned by its grass green, creamy foam. The scent is sweetish, fruity and its taste aromatic and full-bodied.
