The “Iron Goddess” tea from China, one of the 10 Famous Teas with a long heritage, our Ti Kuan Yin is a 10% oxidized oolong with a cup character that is cousin to a full-bodied green. The richness of the oolongs is present here as a subtle tone, warming and soothing to the palette.
