Here is an invigorating herbal and fruity infusion.
Eucalyptus provides a comforting and fresh experience, blending with the citrus flavours of yuzu, myrtle and lemon peel. The fruity persistence of peach is evokes the feeling of warm summer months.
The blend is said to have antiseptic, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties combined with the decongestant virtues of lemon and eucalyptus essential oils, useful in case of colds, sinusitis or any other respiratory tract infection. It would also have beneficial effects for the nervous system, the immune system and for the skin.

On one of the days I was working from home this week I woke up with a slightly stuffy nose and a bit of a sore throat. I groggily steeped this up to drink as my first tea of the day while I was waking up – letting it steep for a very prolonged time. It was definitely intense and had a strong punch of eucalyptus to it. That hit of menthol, tinged with the notes of citrus/yuzu, was exactly what I needed and was hoping to get from this tea and within minutes my throat felt fine and I could breathe super clearly!
