This wulong comes from M. Chen, fifth generation tea producer in Mingjian, Taiwan. His carefully tended garden grows a rare cultivar (T-20) developed by Taiwan’s Tea Research Institute.
One of 2018’s new addition to our selection, the Ying Xiang shows all marks of a good quality Taiwanese tea: thick and creamy liquor, rich flowery aromas mixed with spinach and other vegetable notes, all ending in a delicious honey finale.
