The Temi tea garden, the only one in the Sikkim region, was planted 30 years ago as part of a government project with plants from Darjeeling. The two regions neighboring each other (separated only by the Teesta river), their productions are very similar.
This specific batch, produced from the very spicy T78 cultivar, presents an invigorating fresh brightness with notes of green vegetables, bark and dried flowers, making it a great gourmet tea.
