Here is the winter harvest of this famous tea from Taiwan. Its characteristic flavor of muscat arises from the presence of a small piercing-sucking insect which cause the plant to secrete an aromatic hormone. Composed of numerous buds and small leaves, this wulong has an aromatic and complex character and an exhilarating combination of aromas of baked pear and honey with floral and woody fragrances. Stimulating, it is by far the most caffeinated wulong.
