Description

This tea compressed into a 1 kilogram brick, well known to Tibetan and Mongolian people who consume it regularly to promote digestion, is composed of a mixture of large leaves and stems, freckled with small yellow fungi called “jin hua”.

Its liquor, ample and light reveals notes of bark and fruit, reminiscent of autumn leaves or cherry pit. Tea with a beautiful depth despite its almost nonexistent bitterness!
