A rarity from the early first harvest from the Gopaldhara garden from the first planted tea bushes still by the British, who are over 150 years old from an area of about 1000 m.n.m. Tips and young two leaves are collected exclusively by hand. With the new style of processing and thanks to the even and better oxidation of the leaves, lightness of taste without bitterness and harsh tones was achieved. Interesting herbal-cream-woody noble tones were created in the tea. After pouring the leaves we can smell sponge cakes, white chocolate. The infusion is light in color with a balanced sweet taste. After the leaves have cooled down, we can smell ripe grapes, a noble woody and slightly balsamic aroma.
A limited amount of this tea was produced and we managed to order the whole lot exclusively for the Tea House.
