Description

An interesting gem from Taiwanese production processed into balls in the typical way that Tie Guan Yin tea was originally processed, but without roasting. Therefore, it is classified as an oolong, even if the oxidation of the leaves took place up to 90%. The high percentage of leaf oxidation gives the tea milky rice tones resembling hints of semolina, After steaming the leaves smell of traces of sea salt like Ruby # 18 from the Sun Moon Lake area in contrast to a full surprisingly sweet infusion without any traces of tannins. Tea has a high content of GABA (gamma aminobutyric acid), thanks to which it has a positive effect on the brain and CNS, it helps in concentrating, learning and regulating the sleep cycle.
