A great daily tea blend especially when added to well balanced diet. It will keep your whole body happy and healthy. Full of vitamins and nutrients.

Ingredients:
Oatstraw- helps to strengthen and support the nervous system, high in calcium, iron and magnesium.

Nettles- packed with vitamins like A, B & C. A good source of antioxidants. Anti-bacterial attributes. Rich in silica which may help with hair loss.
