While previous versions of this tea used Wuye varetial material, this year’s tea comes from Yashixiang/Duck Shit xuepian (winter leaf). The comparatively reduced bitterness of the Yashixiang, along with a thicker, more buttery texture, made it an easy choice in terms of staying loyal to this tea’s character.
Most importantly, this tea maintains the same salted caramel flavour that always makes Double Scoop one of our favourite Dancong of the year.
Please note that the 250g size does not include a tin.
