Description

Nope, it’s not quite a crumble, nor is it just a pie. These traditional desserts do include sweet, tart apples and they are coupled with warming, spiced cinnamon but this pudding can only become an Apple Betty when cooked up and served with the magic ingredient; caramel flavoured custard. It’s even better when mixed with Sri Lankan black tea.
