Huang shan Mao Feng tea is one of the most famous tea of china green teas. It is poduced in the Anhui Province of China. The tea is grown near Huangshan (Yellow Mountan), which is home to many famous varieties of green tea. There’s an old Chinese saying “Famous mountains produce famous teas.”
Our Mao Feng green tea was picked in the early Sping . All leaves are emerald green and young buds covered in small white hairs.
Brewing:
1. Commend using clear glass teacup to enjoy the beautiful tea.
2. Rinse teacup with hot water.
3. Use between one and two teaspoons of tea leaves (about 2 grams) per teacup of 75~85 degree water (167~185 Fahrenheit) for up to one minute.
4. Increase the steeping time and temperature for each subsequent brewing.
