Absurdly clean and sweet. Apple notes with a defined freshness. Refined honeysuckle completes this very balanced cup.
Origin notes
Chia-Ming is known for skill in processing as well as expert cultivation. The result is a visually pristine leaf that unfurls beautifully with each consecutive brew. Add to that an excellent pairing of a varietal to it’s ideal elevation and growing environment and you have a very solid Oolong tea.
