Seeping Suggestions: 1 teaspoon of tea per 6oz ‘cup’ of water, 100°C (212°F) for 2-6 minutes. To make a spicy chia latte, try heating the loose tea in a pan of milk on the stove slowly. When it has ‘cooked’ strain into cups and sweeten as desired. (we like adding honey!)
