Need I say more? Jack’s character is tough to sum up…really tough. He’s madly brilliant, and a nod to that is the flavorful and fun oriental spice (also, a nod to Singapore, where Jack had one of his misadventures), in the Caribbean so can we really resist the coconut? And finally, lapsang souchong – which can be off putting and strong until you get to know it better. Rather like Jack. Accented with cocoa nibs and chocolate chips for just a little something sweet, because Jack is a good man, as curiosity led him to discover…
