The classic sandwich all grown up. Or maybe just a little twisted and turned on its side.

Some things you just don’t outgrow. I suppose that’s one way to define what ‘comfort foods’ are. To me, the classic PB&J is right up on the top of the list. As I’ve gotten older, however, I’ve discovered new twists. Almond, hazelnut, and other nut butters make for unique shifts in taste and give this kid’s staple a more adult feel. That’s what I’ve tried to do with this tea.
