GODDESS TEA, also well known as TI KUAN YIN, originates from Fukien, China. The leaf is thick and weighty, and much of it looks downright gree. It tastes invigorating and full-bodied and the flavor is especial long lingering. This tea has gone through additional roasting to reduce the caffeine content and it is a great favorite among southern China, Taiwan and Japan. A fine tea for all occasions, drink it plain to enjoy its full flavor. You might also find out this tea makes a good-tasting iced tea.
-Bring fresh drawn water to a rolling boil
-Measure 2 level teaspoons per 6 ounces. Steep 3 minutes and service. (If there is tea left in the pot, transfer it to a fresh pot of cup to prevent oversteeping.)
