Description

Tea of the Week for October 5, 2020!

The First Tea of our Trick Or Treat Theme for October 2020!

This deliciously fruity blend starts with a black tea base (Assam, Ceylon & Yunnan) & is combined with an assortment of fruit flavors, including Raspberry, Mango, Strawberry & Orange.

I wasn’t trying to make it too sweet or candy-ish, because I prefer my teas to not be overly sweet. I figure, if you want a sweeter tea, you can add a bit of sugar or other sweetener to it. My inspiration here was fruity candies – but with a little less sweet taste and little more tea taste to it (because I haven’t found candies quite like that and I think it would be really awesome if such a candy existed, don’t you?) Plus, the fruity notes give the cup a nice, natural kind of sweetness that I think is really quite nice. There’s also a touch of tartness to the cup for those of you who prefer your candies on the tart side. It’s not overly tart either, but I think there’s a nice balance between tart and sweet.

I’m really pleased with how this one turned out! Oh, and it’s VEGAN, gluten free & allergen free!

organic ingredients: black teas, mangoes, raspberries, oranges, strawberries & natural flavors
