Description

This tea is a perfect springtime cuppa – because it makes a charming hot cup on those rain drizzled days that are chilly & you’d rather have something warm & cozy in your teacup. But it’s also fabulous as a cold-brewed iced tea on the days when you want some cool refreshment!

Tea of the Week for March 11, 2024!

This is really good. It’s so good that it took me several tea tasting sessions to finally finish this tasting note. That means that I finished the tea before I could finish the note (or even start it. Ha!) The raspberry offers a perfectly bright, sweet-tart note to accompany the sweet, creamy coconut note. These two work so nicely together! I love how that raspberry note lingers on the palate in the aftertaste! So nice! Together with the single estate malty Assam & vanilla bean – it’s just a creamy, decadent yet bright & fruity cuppa that you’re gonna want to keep on brewing!

Delicious served hot, also wonderful as a cold-brewed iced beverage – you’re gonna love this tea. It’s organic, vegan, gluten-free & all natural!

organic ingredients: black tea, raspberries, coconut, vanilla bean & natural flavors

to brew: shake pouch well before measuring. Use 3g of tea to 12oz nearly boiling water (205°F) steep for 3 minutes. Strain & allow to cool for at least 10 minutes. Enjoy!

serving suggestion: as I mentioned above, I really like this served hot. (I tend to prefer Assam tea served hot because that malty note is dreamy when it’s hot! Still good when iced, though!) That said, this is also fantastic as a cold-brew. I loved this served hot & plain (with no additions) – but I also like it with a splash of cream to enhance that decadent creaminess that comes from the vanilla & coconut. This last time that I taste tested it, I tried it with a drizzle of honey & WOW – SO GOOD! The hint of honey with the raspberry & coconut is dreamy!
