I’m drinking this tonight not for a sore throat but for an unsettled stomach. Most of the herbs in this blend are said to work well for digestion and/or stomach issues – in fact, from what I can tell, every herb aside from the nettle leaves has some sort of benefit for the digestive tract.
The flavor isn’t great and I didn’t expect it to be since I’m not a fan of licorice root. I wish I could taste some of the other flavors, like the cardamom or the peppermint, but the licorice root is so strong it’s hard for me to pick out any of the others.
Gosh, it was really hard for me to finish this one. Not leaving a rating because hey maybe it does what it says it does, but by the end of the cup it’s just so gross.

I use shou puerh and peppermint to settle my stomach. Both are good for digestion. Numi used to make a basil mint puerh that was good for this too, and I miss it!
Michelle – Do you mix them together? My go-to lately has been Mindful Mint from QNTM Leaf. It settles my stomach, my nerves, everything. :)
