355 Tasting Notes
Ooh, this is gooood. This truly does smell like blueberry muffins, as most of the other reviewers have stated. The taste is pretty great, too; I can taste a bit more of the rooibos than I’d like, but it blends well with the natural sweetness and tartness of the blueberry. I love that they use real baby blueberries in this tea!
Yummy. Can definitely taste the sweet matcha, though not terribly specifically, but more as a muted sweetness that makes the popcorn taste not so strong. Interested in trying this in a teapot, not a bag like I had to use for work.
A swap tea from jennlea – thanks!
I guess I’m losing my mind. I can’t taste any real floral or honey notes here. This tea is just screaming Darjeeling to me. It has a much lighter muscat flavor, but it’s there, and it’s drying out my tongue. Blergh.
EDIT: Maybe I spoke too soon; I’m getting a strong honey aftertaste the more I drink.
Sample’s almost gone (notice a trend here?). JacquelineM, I will probably be in touch with you soon about a full size..
Working late and I’m fading fast. There’s some crappy Bigelow bagged teas in the staff lounge, but nothing else. As the boy said, luckily past Beth plans better than future Beth, because I found a bag of this in my desk drawer! I need to start keeping an emergency stash of black tea for occassions like these.
This is nice, strong, and hearty.
