New Tasting Notes

According to the package, “A single cup of Tazo Calm has been known to have the same effect as sitting for 45 minutes in a mountain meadow on a sunny day with your shoes off.” If you ask me, it just tasted like spearmint. Three sips in, I poured this down the sink.

Lovely, strong, full-bodied.

This would be okay if you dumpd in several sugar cubes. There’s something abou Teavana’s herbal teas that leaves a lot to be desired… I find they’re almost always bitter (regardless of prep.)

This one of my favorite types of tea. It is so rice-y tasting that it will catch you off guard, but it’s SO DELICIOUS.

As with most bagged green tea, this leaves me unimpressed. However, I admit that this might be because I only drink this tea when I’m not at home (such as at work), meaning I have very little control over brewing temperature (it’s usually at boiling). It’s not a bad tea, however.

Fabulous tea. Strong scent, but flavor to me is gentle and smooth. Slight bitter aftertaste, definitely better not to let it cool too much though as mine tends to get an almost sour flavor when it does.

I absolutely love this blend. It’s fresh and smooth and I always keep it on hand.

It’s great in the summer, iced. The blueberry flavor is strong but not overwhelming.

Since I only make this on special occasions (such as when I have a green tea-drinking friend over) I don’t actually remember the details of this tea. Except that I liked it. ^^;

It smells really good. It’s just what you’d expect from a decent peach white tea – I prefer to drink it iced.

I love mixing this with both peppermint and chamomile. Soothing and refreshing.

As with most of my teas that aren’t in my “daily regimen”, I haven’t drunk this in a while, but I liked it enough to buy it after having a to-go cup of it.

This is my go-to tea anytime I’m feeling under the weather. It’s always refreshing, soothes the throat and stomach. I sometimes mix it with the spearmint and it’s even better.

This smells so good. It really does have a creamy taste to it, and the black tea itself is of pretty good quality. I don’t often drink it on its own, but it’s wonderful mixed with other fruit teas.
