Tea-Infused Hot Chocolate Sipdown (221)
This cold brewed in milk for 8 hours. I then modified my usual recipe and only uses 1 tbsp of cocoa powder and 2 tbsps of milk chocolate chips. No sugar because I believe the tea has stevia (I may be wrong) and didn’t want to add more sweetener on top of that.
I think this would have benefitted from the sugar though. Or more milk chocolate chips. Or less cocoa powder. There I’d a lot of cinnamon and dark chocolate notes. In fact, this sort of turned out like a thicker, richer, deeper, more intense version of the tea. So if you like this tea, this night be a good way to go about giving it a bit of oomph. If you’re indifferent or meh about the tea, like me, then this didn’t really do much. I could take it or leave it. Thanks for sharing, Roswell Strange!
