Did I get a bad batch? This tea’s got a good rating!
I’ve always been a fan of DAVIDsTEA until recently. A lot of the newer seasonal teas have been very artificial, this one is no exception.
The smell of this tea is particularly enticing due to vanilla (I’m a sucker for) but overall smells like cupcake frosting. Even after following the steeping proper instructions, I found this tea to be rather un-flavorful and misleading. The apple and custard is nowhere to be found, just a mysterious blend of artificial sweetness.
