253 Tasting Notes
I went to the grocery store and bought some roasted barley (Kasha)—tastes the same! :) Every time I drink this, I compare it to something else, but I realized this tastes A LOT like Celestial Seasonings Sugar Cookie Sleigh ride, and the man ingredient for that tea is ROASTED BARLEY. Go figure. Looks like I’ll be picking up some barley when I run out of those tea bags :P
Caffeine Free Tea Box
This looked disgusting, and I was prepared to hate it but….plot twist, I love it! It’s so nutty, when I drank it I was thinking this tastes like….breakfast. Like warm toast in a cup. Sounds gross, but it’s good! Must. Have. More.
Flavors: Nuts
Preparation
This one is really weird. Like watery cinnamon. Maybe I need to add more tea next time, and maybe some milk will do it justice.
Preparation
I normally don’t care for non-herbal tea, but this one is good. I reminds me of Adagio’s Rooibos Jasmine tea, except that one tasted like drinking straight perfume, and this one is like what you would expect perfume to taste like if perfume tasted good. lol :P
Flavors: Flowers
With the list of the ingredients on the box I thought this blend should taste interesting, but I just tastes like spearmint :/ I didn’t expect it to work, but I did start feeling sleepy :P It’s not awful, but I won’t be buying it again.
Preparation
2 tsp green rooibos, 1.5 tsp blood orange, 0.5 tsp dried spearmint. Mmmm what a lovely experiment. Will definitely repeat.
